Reduced telephone service for week beginning 20 December 2021

We will be operating a reduced telephone service on the week beginning 20 December 2021. This will allow our senior case workers some additional time to clear their casework, as far as possible, before the Christmas closure. The telephone lines will be open from Monday – Wednesday 10-12pm & 2-4pm, and Thursday 10-12pm.  A voicemail service will be available at all other times and calls will be returned asap.
