NIPSO patient safety conference

In March 2024 we brought together a range of voices to help us look at ways of improving patient safety and public trust in our health and social care system.

With a keynote address from Sir Robert Francis KC, the conference looked at issues such as how to build an open learning culture, and how to design systems which have the interests of patients at their core.
