Report recommendations
We asked the Practice to share the findings of our report with its staff so they could reflect on the failings identified.
We also asked it to provide staff training on the importance of informing patients of all available options prior to obtaining their consent.
Finally we asked it to train staff on removing patients when there has been a breakdown in the patient/Practice relationship.
